Receptionist

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for welcoming visitors, maintaining a professional reception area, and supporting administrative tasks within the office.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
Ensure reception area and conference rooms are prepared for client meetings
Coordinate food and room setup for team meetings and special events
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and managing access through the reception desk
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with client information
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Assist with special event planning and execution
Light office upkeep tasks, including keeping bathrooms, kitchen, and all shared professional areas clean, stocked, and organized, as well as watering office plants and flowers
Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, and filing
Complete other administrative tasks as assigned

Required

Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude and a welcoming presence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional attire required
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred

Previous receptionist, administrative, or office support experience preferred
