Responsibilities
Oversee the administration and optimization of the Microsoft 365 suite, ensuring seamless operations across platforms
Implement and manage security measures, including Multi-Factor Authentication and Conditional Access, to maintain a robust security posture
Lead change management processes and provide Tier 3 support, addressing complex identity and mail-flow issues
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and hybrid Active Directory environments
Proficiency in developing PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting
Solid understanding of security practices surrounding Microsoft products, including Defender for Endpoint
