Responsibilities
Identify Investment Opportunities: Source potential properties through the MLS, internal leads, and market research focused on flip and cash investment deals
Build and Manage Relationships: Work with existing and new investors to understand their goals and help identify suitable investment opportunities
Close Deals: Lead negotiations, oversee the due diligence process, and close investment transactions
Collaborate with the Team: Work with investors and contractors to support remodel project bids
Analyze Profitability: Learn to evaluate property values, renovation costs, and potential returns using financial models and market knowledge
CRM & Organization: Track investor leads, property details, and deal progress in Salesforce
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to build a long-term career in real estate investing
Qualification
Required
Real estate license in the State of Washington (required)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance required (local travel necessary)
Ability to commute to Bellevue required
Preferred
Sales, customer service, or relationship-based experience preferred (real estate experience not required)
Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
