Responsibilities
Identify and map talent across the U.S. data center ecosystem (development, construction, engineering, operations, power & energy)
Conduct market research on clients, competitors, and hiring trends
Build long-term talent pipelines within niche verticals
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and market outreach
Conduct initial screening calls and candidate interviews
Build trusted relationships with candidates and manage them through interview processes
Support senior consultants on retained and exclusive search mandates
Prepare candidate profiles, shortlists, and interview feedback
Assist with coordination of interviews, offers, and onboarding
Learn the fundamentals of recruitment sales, negotiation, and deal structure
Gradually take ownership of candidate relationships and accounts
Work towards managing your own searches and clients as you progress
Structured onboarding and recruitment training program
Ongoing coaching from senior recruiters and leadership
Exposure to retained executive search and strategic hiring advisory
Clear promotion path to Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant, and beyond
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of motivation, resilience, and work ethic
Commercial mindset and interest in business development
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred
Interest in data centers, infrastructure, energy, or technology
Internship or exposure to sales, recruitment, or client-facing roles
Competitive background (sports, debating, leadership roles, etc.)
