Weekend & Night Customer Service Representative (CSR) – FBO
Trademark Aviation is seeking a Weekend & Night Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing FBO team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service to aircraft owners, pilots, and flight crews while coordinating various aircraft services and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for aircraft owners, pilots, and crew
Coordinate aircraft services including fueling, parking, hangar space, and ground handling
Communicate closely with the line service team to ensure seamless operations
Assist with flight coordination, arrivals, departures, and special customer requests
Arrange or assist with lodging, transportation, and concierge services
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming FBO environment
Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and service tracking
Uphold and deliver the Trademark Experience by consistently going above and beyond
Qualification
Required
A customer-first mindset with a genuine servant's heart
Positive, professional, and calm under pressure
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently during nights and weekends
Attention to detail with a commitment to safety and service excellence
Preferred
Prior aviation, FBO, or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced aviation environment
