Campaign Strategy Coordinator
Urban Legend is a technology startup that is disrupting old-school public affairs marketing. The Campaign Strategy Coordinator will manage and deliver influencer campaigns for various clients, ensuring effective communication and high-quality deliverables throughout the process.

Responsibilities
Set up, manage, fine-tune, and deliver multiple influencer campaigns as assigned to you, using the Urban Legend platform
Ensure timely, professional, and effective communication with clients regarding the launch, progress, and delivery of campaigns
Produce and organize campaign deliverables, including landing pages, creative briefs to guide influencer messaging, client reports to demonstrate results, and internal updates to ensure effective operations
Maintain a strong attention to detail, producing high-quality deliverables that are thorough, well-designed, and well-written
Monitor campaign performance and campaign data, gleaning insights to optimize performance
Undertake data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Help draft and proofread key documents, outreach messages, and other content
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and detail-oriented a must – this is the most important!
Ability to manage and shift between multiple high priorities and projects at once
1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing, media buying, or similar role
Top-notch writing skills
Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint, with the ability to interpret and organize data
Experience with CRM tools, project management software, and website building tools
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience with advocacy, public affairs, or nonprofit sector clients a plus
Previous experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
