Responsibilities
Design, development and optimization of RPA solutions using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator)
Creating automation using Document Understanding, OCR, AI Center, Action Center
Lead client workshops and design sessions to capture business requirements and translate them into automation strategies
Build and optimize reusable automation frameworks, components, and exception handling mechanisms
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution roadmaps
Mentor junior developers and consultants on UiPath best practices, especially around Document Understanding, AI Center, and ML models
Evaluate change requests and provide effort estimates and technical recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience in automation and software development, with 1+ years in UiPath
Proven expertise in UiPath Document Understanding, including OCR engines, taxonomy design, and ML extractor training
Hands-on experience with UiPath AI Center, Action Center, and Orchestrator
Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or VB.NET
Familiarity with processing PDFs, scanned documents, invoices, forms, and other unstructured data types
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members
Customer-centric mindset and collaborative approach
