Full-Time Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the face of the bank, responsible for handling customer transactions and providing referrals to enhance customer satisfaction and business development.

Responsibilities
Customer Transactions: Handle transactions with customers in person or via the phone, email, and online in an accurate, professional and efficient manner reflective of our vision, core values, and team guidelines and our ability to provide a superior customer experience
Referrals: Refer customers to other departments in the bank by looking for opportunities to cross-sell and recognizing customer needs and corresponding solutions
Standard and Miscellaneous CSR Tasks: Balance draw on a daily basis, complete required compliance trainings, order supplies, and assist with miscellaneous internal projects
Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned
