Responsibilities
Support a payment migration project by assisting customers through inbound and outbound communication
Provide white glove customer service, ensuring a positive experience during the migration process
Perform back-office maintenance and data mining to facilitate data cleanup and migration
Research online application information to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues, providing expert guidance and problem resolution
Qualification
Required
Strong Excel skills and basic understanding of data analytics
Experience with customer service platforms and banking portals such as Access Optima
Excellent communication and de-escalation skills to handle customer interactions effectively
Ability to work onsite in East Providence, RI, with a commitment to a 6-month duration with potential extension or conversion
Preferred
Previous experience in client training or support roles is desirable
