Responsibilities
Assist with project documentation, including meeting minutes, schedules, and progress reports
Support the coordination of project activities between internal teams, vendors, and clients
Participate in site visits and assist with project inspections and quality assurance
Help track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and contribute to the development of project dashboards and reporting tools
Assist with risk management and issue resolution processes while gaining exposure to sustainability initiatives and best practices in project delivery
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in any field
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to think and work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines
Desire to learn more about project management and development with interest in construction, design, or real estate development
Permanent US Work Authorization Required
