Program Assistant (FSY)

Assist in contract review and tracking
Ensure contract compliance and communicate compliance issues
Provide support and data analysis to the Session Planning Team
Assist with invoice reviews
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A firm commitment to the mission of BYU
Two years of relevant experience
Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints must hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) as well as comfortable learning new systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and discretion with internal communications
Strong attention to detail
