Responsibilities
Lead annual financial planning process for your business partners and provide quarterly reforecasting
Partner with key business stakeholders to address a variety of business/financial challenges
Develop and deliver quarterly analyses, forecast, and reports to support strategic decisions making and handle ad hoc special projects
Serve as cost center controller for your business partner
Coordinate with financial services teams, including Accounting, Procurement, and Accounts Payable, to ensure accurate cost tracking and accounting. This includes leading the monthly accrual process and reporting results to the Accounting team
Maintain internal financial systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity for quarterly forecasts and annual planning efforts
Act as champion for process improvements for both your key business partner and the broader G&A Finance team
Qualification
Required
BS in Finance or Accounting
Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, Charts, Functions & Formulas
Knowledge of Finance and Accounting
Experience with a planning tool such as Oracle Hyperion Planning plus dashboard tools (Hyperion, Qlik, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI)
Strong ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
Highly analytical mindset with a creative approach to solving business challenges
Excellent organizational skills and the capability to work independently when required
A willingness to collaborate, facilitate and partner cross-functionally to drive business decisions
Adaptability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and occasionally ambiguous work environment
An intellectually curious outlook
