As a Senior Corporate & GTM Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in scaling business teams by owning the recruitment cycle for senior-level roles across multiple functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for senior-level Corporate and GTM roles across multiple functions and geographies
Partner directly with business and executive leaders to define hiring needs, craft role profiles, and align recruiting strategy with company goals
Drive strategic hiring initiatives that strengthen our leadership bench, optimize time-to-fill, and elevate hiring quality
Build robust pipelines through creative sourcing, competitive market mapping, and proactive engagement of high-caliber candidates
Leverage data and insights to identify bottlenecks, improve process efficiency, and continuously raise the hiring bar

Required

7–10 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Corporate, GTM, or G&A functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Operations)
A strategic partner who can influence senior stakeholders and advise leaders on market trends, organizational design, and hiring strategy
Proven track record managing complex, high-impact searches across multiple functions or geographies
Exceptional communicator with the ability to pitch, persuade, and build trust with both candidates and executives
Highly organized, data-driven, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Mission-first mindset—you thrive in environments where urgency, ownership, and collaboration drive results
