Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the day program ensuring services are compliant and person-centered
Responsible for coordination of implementation and monitoring of all center-based and community opportunities, experiences, training while ensuring active engagement of all participants
Provide leadership and supervision to staff and monitors program activities and staffing
Assure the coordination and implementation of daily schedules for all, including community, volunteer, and employment opportunities
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the agency program software (iCM) and DDA Regulations, Waiver programs, and LTSS billing system
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
Full drivers license
Clean driving record with 2 years driving experience and less than 2 points on driving record
Computer skills
Supervisory experience
Preferred
Experience working with disabled adults
DDA and ICM experience a plus
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
