Responsibilities
Assist with the logistical planning and on-site execution of programs, travel, and retreats
Support program setup and breakdown, ensuring spaces are prepared and restored efficiently
Help coordinate participant movement and organization during programs, retreats, and travel
Assist with tracking attendance and supporting group management needs
Support safety protocols and help ensure participant guidelines and expectations are upheld
Provide facilitation support during workshops and group activities as needed
Serve as a positive role model and point of support for teen participants
Collaborate closely with the Program Coordinator and broader 4Front team
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working with teens in group settings
Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt in dynamic environments
Team-oriented with a willingness to step in where needed
Ability to maintain professionalism while fostering a warm, supportive atmosphere
Experience in youth programs, education, camps, or retreats is a plus
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
