Sales/ Account Executive
EPS is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Account Executive to join their growing team. This role is pivotal in expanding the client base, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage communication and analysis skills to identify opportunities and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets within assigned territories or industries
Engage in warm calling and prospecting to generate new business opportunities
Manage and nurture existing client accounts through effective account management strategies
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical features and benefits
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness
Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, product offerings, and technological advancements relevant to the role
Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive team environment
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or related fields with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences
Business development expertise with a focus on identifying new markets and expanding existing accounts
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
Analytical skills to interpret data, forecast sales trends, and develop actionable insights
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration
Self-motivated with a proactive approach toward building relationships and achieving results
Preferred
Experience in marketing collaboration and understanding of digital marketing strategies is a plus
