Responsibilities
Lead the team responsible for developing and supporting OnBase-based solutions that address business challenges and meet organizational needs
Lead projects that are assigned by collecting business case requirements and putting those into detailed technical requirements for execution
Create joint vision and future strategies by building and managing relationships with multiple key stakeholders, including business operations experts and vendor
Create deliverables independently or with teams and coordinate approvals
Provide coaching and technical and functional guidance on specific project deliverables
Provide expertise in process design and provide leadership and education/training by communicating requirements to the business, peers, technical resources, testers, etc
Identify impact to other solutions or projects, and work with management, developers and stakeholders to identify options and recommendations
Provide support for QA, UAT, and smoke testing for new implementations and enhancements
Provide operational support and troubleshooting for production systems
Ensure adherence to established processes, standards, and best practices and proper utilization of techniques and tools
Actively contribute to performance planning and provide meaningful, growth-oriented feedback
Maintain knowledge of Information Technology best practices in the areas of Change Management, Disaster Recovery, Data Retention, Incident Management, SLAs, Integration, etc
Engage in Sprint Management, Sprint Artifacts, Metrics and capacity planning
Function as Development Methodology Coach/Champion

Required

Equivalent combination of education and/or experience
