This role focuses on continuous improvement, supplier development, and relationship management to ensure delivery, quality, and cost objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement activities at supplier sites to support delivery, quality, and cost goals
Review supplier manufacturing and special processes to ensure compliance and identify improvement opportunities
Support sourcing decisions through cost, capacity, and risk assessments
Act as program lead for supplier transitions and capacity readiness activities
Engage underperforming suppliers to identify root causes and manage corrective action plans
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure contractual requirements are met
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of relevant experience, including supplier management in an aerospace manufacturing environment
Strong communication, project management, and supplier relationship skills
Proficiency with standard engineering and office software tools
Preferred
Six Sigma experience preferred
