Responsibilities
Break down and dispose of cardboard boxes and packaging materials
Organize supply closets, storage rooms, and shelving areas
Arrange shelves in an orderly, clearly labeled manner
Perform light general cleaning (e.g., wiping surfaces, tidying areas)
Assist with filing, sorting, and organizing documents and materials
Dispose of garbage and unwanted or obsolete materials following guidelines
Move and rearrange supplies or equipment as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform other general support duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled student
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift and move boxes or materials (up to approximately 25–30 lbs)
Dependable, punctual, and responsible
Comfortable performing physical and hands-on tasks
Preferred
Prior experience with organizing, filing, or light facilities work
Familiarity with basic office environments
