Responsibilities
Maintains user functionality contained within the setup menus, sets up new users as needed and serves as the first line of support for Consumer Bank end users
Develops and maintains department documentation, including Consumer Banking Solutions' (CBS) internal and end user procedures, maintains the CRM intranet site, and participates in continuing education content development, and serves as systems expert on project and training calls
Maintains tasks as outlined by the CRM System Administrator to support all building, updates and upgrades for CRM and TimeTrade
Manages the BakerHillHelp email box, ensuring all service levels are met and escalates issues appropriately when identified
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School or GED
1 year of job-related experience
Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
MS Word - Intermediate Level
MS Excel - Intermediate Level
MS PowerPoint - Intermediate Level
Preferred
Associates or BA or BS with 1 year of experience
Understanding of banking systems and technology
