Responsibilities
Support Value Stream Execution: Ensure seamless execution of value streams and collaborate with the Value Management Office (VMO) for alignment and support
Facilitate Solution Events: Organize and lead ART/PM Syncs, Solution Planning, Retrospectives, Problem Solving Workshops, and System Demos to ensure coordinated progress
Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder solution delivery to maintain an efficient workflow
Assess and Improve Solution Maturity: Evaluate solution maturity, provide coaching to enhance agility, and foster continuous improvement in collaboration with Lean Agile Centers of Excellence (LACE)
Communicate and Visualize Metrics: Monitor and share solution metrics internally and externally to ensure transparency and informed decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science
7+ years of related experience
Certification is required: SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
