Required

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Demonstrated experience in materials testing and mechanical engineering
Experience or familiarity with one of the following data collection and computational modeling
Ability to work well with cross-functional and varied teams
Ability to manage and lead external engagement and collaboration on projects

Preferred

Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Working knowledge in one or more of the following areas: electronics packaging, FEA modeling, interface modeling, precision machine design, optomechanical design, materials chemistry, additive manufacturing, nanomaterials
Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with a demonstrable ability to reach a variety of audiences in academia, industry, and government
