Responsibilities

Manage an enterprise client portfolio
Drive success across a portfolio of multiple accounts
Prioritize accounts according to risk and growth opportunity
Manage client health and ensure account retention
Identify, target and engage strategic stakeholders
Extend reach into new departments/divisions
Provide structure and direction to extend accounts
Maintain and expand client relationships
Provide clear direction and next steps to continue increasing value
Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability
Create relationships founded on value
Teach and advocate industry best practices

Qualification

Customer success experienceAccount managementAnalytical mindsetContinuous learningCommunication skills

Required

6+ years experience in customer success, account management or sales
Experience with account management
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
Excellent communication and presentations skills
