Responsibilities
Abstract clinical and administrative data from medical records in accordance with CEPS protocols and documentation requirements
Prepare, organize, and maintain data reports or summaries for review by CEPS nurses and quality improvement staff
Assist with clerical duties such as scanning, filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate information systems
Collaborate with CEPS staff to support ongoing patient safety and quality monitoring activities
Maintain confidentiality and follow regulatory and organizational standards when handling protected health information
Support departmental projects and improvement initiatives by providing timely and accurate data and administrative assistance
Qualification
Required

Proficiency in clerical duties such as scanning, filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate information systems
