Mid, Senior LevelTrinity Health MI is one of the nation's top healthcare service providers, and they are seeking a Shift Administrator in the Nursing Administration Department. The primary responsibility of this role is to support Hospital Operations during assigned shifts, coordinating patient placements and transfers throughout the hospital.

Responsibilities
Provide house-wide coverage for two 12 hour shifts, variable day and night shifts
Function in a management position 24 hours/7 days per week as a supervisor for staff and patient care
Provide administrative support and serve as a resource person for a designated shift
Coordinate placement of all patients from the admit process and all transfers from unit to unit on all units throughout the hospital
Qualification
Required
Registered Nurse
State of Michigan licensure
Previous proven experience and expertise in clinical area
Previous proven experience and experience in management, either first line or shift supervision work
Computer Experienced Required
ACLS and BLS certified
Preferred
BS/BSN preferred
