Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring alignment of requirements and deliverables
Partner with Research, Equities, FID, or M&A business functions to analyse processes, workflows, and requirements
Document and validate current processes and recommend improvements to achieve efficiency and accuracy
Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams
Support business research teams in adopting AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Copilot)
Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder discussions with CIB stakeholders
Assist in planning, tracking, and delivery of initiatives; if applicable, manage project streams with end-to-end accountability
Provide support during testing, integration, and deployment phases of project lifecycle
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations in all deliverables
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB)
Strong knowledge of processes within Research, Equities, FID, or M&A domains
Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management
Proven experience working with senior stakeholders within CIB
Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills
Preferred
Experience using Copilot or AI productivity tools for research and process optimization
Prior experience as a Project Manager, with ability to manage timelines, risks, and deliverables
Exposure to digital transformation initiatives within investment banking
