Support daily HR administrative tasks and operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee support
Support payroll and benefits-related administrative work
Respond to employee inquiries and act as an HR liaison
Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters
Order and manage office and store supplies
Support lease contracts and administrative documentation
Coordinate with on-site managers for facility maintenance and repairs
Manage office phone lines and company mobile phones
Perform general office administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, General Administration, or a related field
Japanese: Expert level; English: Business level
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills in a team-based environment
