Responsibilities
Own the company’s IT infrastructure and security posture end-to-end
Manage internal systems, networks, endpoints, cloud services, and access controls
Serve as the primary owner of cybersecurity hygiene, risk identification, and remediation
Manage and hold accountable external vendors, MSPs, and security providers
Establish and enforce IT standards, documentation, and operating procedures
Ensure high system availability, reliability, and user experience
Partner with leadership on IT strategy, systems evolution, and risk management
Support compliance, audit, and security initiatives as needed
Lead incident response and remediation when issues arise
Qualification
Required
8–15 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Security leadership
Prior ownership of an internal IT environment (not advisory-only)
Strong understanding of infrastructure, identity, security, and vendor management
Experience balancing hands-on execution with leadership accountability
Comfortable operating in regulated or security-conscious environments
Practical, calm, and decisive under pressure
