Responsibilities
Work with engineering, research, product and ops to translate business requirements into technical/functional specifications
Define technical roadmap for engineering teams by working with Software development managers
Support launch of our Just Walk Out technology on new product selection, stores and formats
Provide regular updates to leadership on program status and risks
Build project plans, balancing business needs with project risks and resource availability
Drive engineering project execution, make technical trade-offs, track and report on status, and resolve blocking issues
Coordinate cross-team efforts spanning research algorithms and dozens of services
Assist with recruiting, hiring process, and growing the team
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3+ years of software development experience
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
