Lead and execute the bank's lending strategy across commercial, real estate, and consumer portfolios
Oversee underwriting, credit administration, and portfolio performance
Manage, mentor, and develop lending and credit teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies
Participate in loan committee and provide reporting to executive leadership and the board
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
10+ years of lending experience, with a strong focus on commercial lending
Proven leadership and people management experience
Strong knowledge of credit risk, underwriting, and regulatory standards
Preferred
Community or regional bank experience
