Set multi-year strategic direction aligned with enterprise goals and market foresight
Lead competitive intelligence and scenario planning to anticipate disruption and shape proactive strategies
Influence corporate strategy through deep market insight and business unit performance
Drive customer-led innovation across product, service, and experience dimensions
Establish strategic partnerships and ecosystems to expand market reach and relevance

Own and optimize P&L with a focus on long-term enterprise value and capital efficiency
Lead investment strategy, resource allocation, and portfolio management across the business unit
Translate complex financial data into strategic decisions and stakeholder narratives

Lead enterprise-level initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
Embed digital and data capabilities to enhance decision-making and execution velocity

Required

Bachelor's degree required; MBA, advanced degree, or equivalent experience in strategic leadership roles preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business unit or enterprise roles
Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional teams and delivering sustained business growth
Deep expertise in market strategy, customer engagement, product innovation, and financial stewardship
Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Experience with enterprise transformation, digital enablement, and organizational design
Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, complexity, and change
Commitment to values-based leadership and inclusive culture building
Travel requirements 25-35%
