The Mergers & Acquisitions Department is responsible for structuring and executing complex domestic and cross-border transactions, and they are seeking an Associate to deliver high-quality advice to clients while working closely with senior professionals.

Required

3-5 years of experience within the investment banking industry as an Analyst and Associate, or an MBA, with a proven track record working on executed deals across M&A and various industry sectors
Extraordinarily high level of motivation and commitment to working hard
Expertise in reading and interpreting financial statements
Experience modeling related to all relevant transactions
Strong written and verbal communication, client and interpersonal skills
Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
Bachelor's degree required; an MBA and/or CFA designation would be an asset. Relevant degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or related field or foreign equivalent preferred
Series licensing or must obtain
