Responsibilities
Investigate and work to resolve any Business case issue related to the various work groups within the Brainware/DataServ systems
Highlight material errors in the accounts and assess compliance with established procedures and laws
Ensure AP issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
Assist with maintaining processes and audits on a continuous basis
Safeguard the company's resources and assets against misuse related to the various work groups within the Brainware/DataServ systems
Accurately process cash disbursements for all Bunzl companies
Accurately process and send 1099 reporting to the IRS for all Bunzl companies
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent required
A minimum of 3 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience; experience in a shared service department preferred
Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable work processes
Must have the ability to work independently; and be detail oriented
Capable of organizing multiple work responsibilities to meet deadlines
Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
Preferred
Experience in a shared service department
