This position supports a wide range of services including restoration emergency services, apartment renovations, and general handyman services while promoting internal development and career growth opportunities.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Perform apartment renovations and unit turns
Complete monthly painting for property management (PM) and building hallways
Support CAPEX projects as assigned
Install and replace turf (artificial or natural)
Paint common areas and building interiors/exteriors
Install and replace flooring, including carpet installation and removal
Perform window installation, replacement, and waterproofing
Glass installation and replacement
Shower door installation and replacement
Concrete repair and maintenance
General carpentry work
Reglazing services
Assist with basic HVAC-related tasks (as applicable)
General handyman and maintenance services as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in handyman, maintenance, or construction-related work
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance
Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom
Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis
Preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
HVAC Certified (optional based on need)
