The position involves driving marketing strategy and execution to bridge institutional finance with Ethereum, while managing branding and content initiatives to amplify the company's upcoming products to both Wall Street and the crypto community.

Responsibilities
Craft narratives for two distinct audiences: Wall Street (credit market agents, investment executives) and Web3 (crypto-natives, technologists)
Lead the elevation of our parent brand
Manage distinct sub-brand strategies for the upcoming product suite
Own social presence (specifically Twitter and LinkedIn)
Own the content marketing machine
Oversee production of short- and long-form writing and educational content
Manage external writers to scale output
Evolve branding and visual identity
Ensure coherent brand identity across products, content, and marketing channels
Balance crypto techno-futurism with Wall Street conservatism
Own the website
Ensure messaging effectively balances the needs of multiple stakeholders
Oversee presence at high-impact industry events
Host community dinners
Secure speaking engagements
Maintain strong relationships with the Ethereum community
Rally the ETH community around institutional adoption wins
Signal to institutions that Ethereum is the go-to platform for tokenization and on-chain business activity
Orchestrate high-impact launches for upcoming stealth initiatives, including: Institutional Product BD Materials and Infrastructure Positioning
Marketing artifacts supporting the launch of the institutional protocol
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of both Institutional Finance (Wall Street) and Web3/Ethereum
10+ years of experience across marketing, brand, and GTM
Former most senior marketing owner for a company or major product line
Led high-stakes launches
Strong eye for design
Moves quickly while maintaining high quality
Exceptional writer and communicator
Strong editorial mindset for whitepapers, reports, and executive thought leadership
Participates in product meetings, business development pitches, and executive strategy sessions
Believes 'if Ethereum wins, we win'
Passionate about positioning ETH as the best blockchain for global finance

Able to discuss settlement pain points with credit market agents
Able to discuss ZK-proofs and tokenisation with crypto-natives
Strong judgment on public channel usage
