Serve clients in a wide variety of industries, including general corporate, agribusiness, commercial transaction, and finance transaction needs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of corporate and transactional experience
Prior experience in private practice
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
Strong academic background
J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Minnesota
