Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines and machining centers
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical issues
Support general facility maintenance as needed
Jump into action when machines are down – you'll be a key player in production success
Ability to physically lift/push/pull objects up to 40 lbs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of CNC maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting skills and logical problem-solving
Knowledge of CNC machine design and operation
Experience with PLC/CNC systems and test equipment
Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with the team
Pride in your work and attention to detail
Ability to physically lift/push/pull objects up to 40 lbs
