Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale, multi-year modernization initiatives across brokerage recordkeeping technology with a focus on strategic alerting and notification platforms serving B2B, B2C, and B2B2C
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery using Agile and hybrid methodologies tied to measurable outputs and business outcomes
Manage cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, external vendors, and business partners
Serve as a liaison between business users such as trading desks, operations, and money movement, and technology teams
Advise senior leadership through executive updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics
Drive alignment across organizations to support prioritization and resource optimization
Partner with enterprise architects to align modernization with target-state architecture and integration strategies across legacy and modern platforms
Ensure seamless data flow and service interoperability across platforms
Facilitate data strategy and governance compliance in collaboration with business SMEs, technology teams, and data governance councils
Establish and maintain governance frameworks, risk and dependency management, and change control processes
Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and critical path dependencies
Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to meet evolving regulatory requirements
Understand product landscapes, capabilities, interaction points, and current and target-state architecture
Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across program teams
Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers, analysts, enablement leads, and delivery leads
Qualification
Required
10+ years in software development with at least 5 years as a project or program manager delivering across analysis, development, and QA
Proven success leading enterprise-wide programs with complex interdependencies and stakeholders
Experience with cloud migration, digital transformation, and platform modernization
Strong background with Agile and waterfall methodologies
Experience influencing and collaborating in matrix-managed environments and across diverse groups
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, drive decisions, and navigate ambiguity
Proactive and confident communication with strong ownership and follow-through
Ability to communicate from C-suite to developers and business SMEs
Influencing skills that extend beyond organizational boundaries
Financial services experience with understanding of brokerage preferred
Prior experience with the organization's environment preferred
BA or BS degree
