Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or GIS with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
Will consider candidates with 8-10 years of related experience without a four-year college degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with ESRI's Utility Network required
Experience utilizing ESRI's Operations Dashboard and Experience Builder
Proficiency in some of the below technical skills: C#, .NET; Python, JavaScript, API's, SQL Server; Oracle
ArcGIS Enterprise; ArcGIS Pro; ArcGIS Desktop; ArcFM Suite of tools ArcFM Designer; ArcSDE; ArcGIS Engine; ArcGIS Online
Microsoft Office; Visual Studio, Visio
Subversion; Web Services (REST/SOAP); XML; AJAX; IIS; HTML; CSS; Backbone.js; Marionette.js; jQuery; ASP.NET Web API; NHibernate; Fluent NHibernate; Objective-C; Qt; QML; JQuery
Understanding of GIS concepts: Datum and Projection concepts, X/Y vs Lat/Long usage and translation, Symbology, Annotation, Dimensions

Preferred

Use of some or all of the following preferred: Esri APIs: ArcFM, ArcGIS Api for JavaScript, ArcGIS REST API, ArcGIS Runtime SDK, ArcGIS Pro SDK, ArcGIS Server SDK, ArcObjects SDK for .NET
