Schedule and coordinate workflow to ensure timely and efficient production
Confirm customer orders and ensure production requirements are met
Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure the availability of production materials
Track the production and shipment of samples to meet delivery expectations
Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
0-5+ years of production control experience in a manufacturing environment
5+ years of manufacturing experience in a heavy manufacturing or durable goods environment
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
