Office Manager
Property First Realty Group is a Real Estate Brokerage serving the Greater Baton Rouge metropolitan areas. They are seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth workflow for the team while assisting Realtors and maintaining excellent customer service.

Oversee daily office operations
Manage administrative tasks
Track compliance
Assist Realtors in their respective needs
Ensure a smooth workflow for the team
Direct communication with agents, vendors, and internal team members
Qualification
Required
Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with agents and staff
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to ensure daily operations run smoothly
Knowledge of Google docs and sheets
Customer Service skills to support positive client relations
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in technology, tech related tools
Social media content creation and scheduling
Lots of Energy!
Preferred
Customizing websites and working with CRMs a plus
Real estate knowledge/background is preferred
Quickbooks knowledge a plus
