Health Ministries Clinic (HMC) is seeking a detail-oriented 340B Auditor to support our integrated care team in Newton, Kansas. This full-time role is essential in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and integrity of our 340B Drug Pricing Program while supporting our mission to provide accessible, high-quality care to our community.

Responsibilities
Conduct routine and ad hoc audits of the 340B program to ensure compliance with HRSA regulations
Review patient eligibility, provider eligibility, and prescription data for accuracy
Monitor contract pharmacy activity to prevent diversion and duplicate discounts
Reconcile 340B purchase data, dispensing records, and inventory systems
Identify compliance risks and prepare audit findings and recommendations
Collaborate with pharmacy, billing, finance, and clinical teams
Assist with HRSA audit preparation and corrective action plans
Maintain accurate audit documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong knowledge of HRSA 340B regulations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
1+ years of 340B, pharmacy compliance, auditing, or healthcare revenue cycle experience
Experience with contract pharmacies
EHR or pharmacy system experience
