Manager, Sales Strategy & Operations, Commerce Platform

Responsibilities
Set the strategic north star: You will help define the annual sales vision, ensuring it aligns with DoorDash’s overarching goal of becoming a merchant's primary growth partner
Translate Strategy into Execution: You will set and manage rigorous quarterly sales goals, ensuring the team is focused on the right drivers to achieve sustainable, high-velocity growth
Establish Operational Governance: You will run the cadence of the business, including Weekly Business Reviews, ensuring every lead, opportunity, and deal is tracked with precision
Build the inbound engine: You will help stand up and optimize a well-functioning inbound function, ensuring we capture and convert interest effectively
Drive sales acceleration through rigor: You will improve the efficiency of our sales team by implementing tooling and systems updates, and optimizing the sales funnel through meticulous measurement and inspection for where we are succeeding or need improvement
Innovate with AI: You will lead constant discovery on the latest AI tools and technologies to drive step-function improvements in sales productivity and outreach effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Experience in building and scaling B2B SaaS initiatives
Ability to define annual sales vision and strategy
Experience translating high-level company objectives into actionable quarterly sales goals
Operational governance skills, including running Weekly Business Reviews
Experience in optimizing inbound functions for capturing and converting interest
Ability to improve sales team efficiency through tooling and systems updates
Experience in measuring and inspecting sales funnels for improvement
Knowledge of AI tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity
Extreme operational discipline with a focus on data integrity
Experience in scaling new initiatives within large, complex organizations
Analytical skills to dive deep into sales funnels and identify root causes
Tech-forward mindset with a passion for AI-driven sales productivity
Strategic leadership skills to navigate operational processes
Ability to thrive in multi-stakeholder environments
