The role involves supervising the I&C team, preparing specifications, control systems drawings, and ensuring the proper selection of equipment and instruments for control systems.

Responsibilities
Responsible for complete designs of Programmable Logic Control (PLC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems
Identify proper selection and specification of equipment and instruments associated with the process and control system
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 10 years relative experience is required
Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and have exceptional organizational skills
Must be able to lead a department and project team
Pass the background check
BS in Electrical Engineering
Proficient in math and science skills for technical understanding and use of process control system information
Experience with AutoCAD, spreadsheets, databases
Good verbal and written skills
Availability for field investigating trips is required
Must be able to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner and work in a team environment sharing roles and responsibilities, with limited supervision
Candidate must be able to travel, domestically & internationally, to other M3 offices and project sites as necessary to provide office and field support for projects
Valid passport or the ability to obtain one is required
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) capability would be advantageous
Must have a PE
