Responsibilities
Enter customer orders in our ERP system
Assist the order team in maintaining and administering order lists
Help coordinate simple production planning activities and logistics
Handle basic customer support cases in collaboration with the support team
Support warranty claim administration and processing
Assist with entry-level finance tasks such as invoicing support and data reconciliation
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless information flow and execution
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required

Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
