Provide day-to-day support for HRIS, LMS, and ATS platforms
Process and respond to daily user requests
Deliver production support via phone and email
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues
Perform scheduled system activities, including mass updates
Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and timely resolution of issues
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business partners as needed
Follow established procedures and documentation standards
Qualification
Required
Prior experience supporting HRIS or HR systems
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills (phone and email)
Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with mass data updates and system maintenance
HR operations or shared services environment experience
