Responsibilities
Structure, draft, review, negotiate, and lead a wide variety of agreements, including strategic partnerships, custom outbound partnerships, technology licenses, and strategic vendor agreements
Help drive and structure various Digital Media product-related agreements and programs
Cultivate knowledge in our Digital Media and Digital Experience solutions (including AI) to offer support through outbound partnerships (and inbound partnerships where needed)
Evaluate and successfully implement continuous improvements for standard terms, templates, and legal processes
Keep abreast of the rapidly changing industry and legal landscape
Build positive relationships and advise multiple levels of management on legal issues
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in good standing of at least one state bar
10+ years of relevant legal experience, particularly with complex commercial and technology agreements, and some in-house experience preferred
Proven drafting skills and experience leading complex deal negotiations
Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to frame complex legal issues succinctly and communicate with all levels of the organization
Dedication to providing clients with high-quality and timely legal and business advice
Proven creative problem-solving capabilities, good business instincts and the ability to apply common sense to provide both practical and theoretical advice
Excellent cross-functional skills and ability to work well with internal colleagues (including those in different time zones)
