Responsibilities
Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML and Data Analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market needs
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, data analysts, designers, and marketing to guide products from conception to launch
Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of machine learning models and AI-powered features, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and deliver measurable value
Spearhead data collection strategies, define data modeling requirements, and collaborate on data governance and compliance to ensure the availability and quality of extensive, high-integrity datasets
Drive the application of advanced data techniques, including multimodal data analysis and data fusion, to uncover deep insights and build sophisticated, market-leading solutions
Define, instrument, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and telemetry data to measure product performance, user behavior, and business impact, using a data-driven approach to inform future iterations
Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively translating complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and communicating product progress and results to leadership
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify pain points, emerging trends, and new opportunities for AI applications
Qualification
Required
8+ years of proven experience in product management, with at least 3-5 years specifically focused on AI, ML, data analytics, or data platforms
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI-driven products from 0-to-1 and beyond, delivering measurable business outcomes
Experience working in an Agile/Lean development environment
Strong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, including data collection, model training, deployment, and monitoring (MLOps)
Familiarity with data technologies such as data warehouses, data lakes, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Proficiency in data analysis and experimentation design using tools like Python, R, or BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Knowledge of concepts like natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, predictive modeling, and data enrichment techniques
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience
Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, comfortable with ambiguity and complex problem-solving
Demonstrated leadership skills with a collaborative mindset and a passion for driving innovation
