Responsibilities
Creates accurate and brand-aligned signage and labeling for all items within the catering operation
Maintains and distributes detailed and accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and internal documents, ensuring clear communication between management and union staff across operations, culinary, and sales departments
Responsible for performing office administrative functions including distributing mail; supporting monthly inventory; ordering and stocking office supplies; assisting union staff with general inquiries; coordinating non-union employee appreciation events
Help facilitate and manage internal events for SCC clients
Responsible for overall office maintenance, organization, and cleanliness
Qualification
Required
1 to 2 years in catering operations, event logistics, administrative support, or hospitality operations preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and Excel
Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms
Preferred
Familiarity with Event Management platforms (e.g., Momentus) preferred
