Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal specifications
Analyzing production data
Managing quality systems
Performing audits
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Implementing corrective actions to resolve quality issues
Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of quality control processes, automotive industry standards, and quality management systems
Ability to conduct detailed data analysis and audits to ensure continuous product and process improvement
Proven experience with problem-solving methodologies, such as root cause analysis and corrective actions
Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and engineering principles
Proficiency with quality-related tools, such as FMEAs, control plans, and statistical analysis
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the automotive industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
ASQ certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma) are a plus
